Created in September 2023 by five public and industrial actors, it oversees the operational management of the Decarbonisation Loire Estuary programme, supported by ADEME, the French Environment and Energy Management Agency, through the ZIBaC call for tender.
The association is the link between ADEME and the project developers and warrants the funding and the decarbonisation trajectory of the territory. Beyond the ZIBaC call for tender, ADELE welcomes any new partners willing to contribute to the Loire Estuary Decarbonisation initiative.
